Bus companies
How am I paid?
You set a net fare for every stop pair. Flyzafy adds its own margin on top when it sells, and you are owed your net fare for each seat sold. Every sale, refund and payout is on the Balance page of your dashboard.
Do I have to confirm each booking?
No. Tickets are issued instantly from the seats you publish, and you are notified of each booking. The passenger manifest for every departure is in your dashboard.
Can I still sell tickets at my own counter?
Yes. Your counter staff sell from the same seats Flyzafy sells, so a seat is never sold twice. Counter money stays with you; Flyzafy charges a small fee per counter ticket.
We already have our own reservation system. Can you connect to it?
Yes. Flyzafy connects supplier systems through an API connection that our team sets up with you. Apply first and mention your system; we will contact you about the technical details.
Tour operators
How are my packages priced?
You enter your net price in your own currency. Flyzafy adds its margin on top for travelers; you are owed your net price for each booking.
Do I confirm each tour booking?
Yes. You confirm with your own reference and send the voucher, or decline — a declined booking is refunded and its seats go back on sale.
What happens when a traveler cancels?
The request comes to you. You approve it with the part of your net price your policy lets you keep, and Flyzafy handles the traveler’s refund.
Can I edit a package once it is live?
Content and prices of a live package are locked so travelers see what they bought. Departures stay editable at any time.
